The infusion center staff is amazing. Caring and professional nurses. Dr Jessica Gordon is the best physician I have ever dealt with. Her bedside manner, and knowledge is exceptional.
I have had three surgeries there under the care of Dr. Mark P. Figgie in 27 years. Dr. Figgie is an amazing surgeon!!! He explained everything, answered all of my questions (and my Mom's too), and then let me make an informed decision. About a year ago, I injured my hip , a Labral tear . Being in my mid 50's not many people wanted to operate. Dr Kelly thought I have a better than average chance for recovery. I was running 20 + miles/week before my injury. And have not run since my injury. On Tuesday, I had surgery. Have had one knee, and two hip replacements at HSS. They are THE most caring and professional staff I have ever encountered in a Medical facility. The entire HSS Community, be it your surgeon, CNA's, dietary or housekeeping, all make you feel welcome and confident in your choice of hospitals. God Bless these wonderful people.

Dr. Russell Warren performed bilateral knee replacement surgery on me three years ago. Thanks to Dr. Warren and the services provided by the staff at HSS I am enjoying the opportunity to walk without pain. HSS deserves the recognition of being the best orthopedic hospital, perfection is their goal. Whatever inconvenience there was to have this surgery at a hospital one hundred miles from my home was worth the effort. Great experience at HSS, starting with the admitting office staff, xray department, nurses, patient care assistance , & my wonderful Surgeon Dr. Han Jo Kim.
