It appears that he is over loaded with work. He will tell you that he is coming but will never show up. He started out doing OK. He know what he is doing but his service and response is a failure
Mr. Allen goes above and beyond to get his customers what they need!! He has done work for my home and my parents. His prices can't be beat neither can his service. You will not regret hiring him!
Derek is fantastic! He was professional and honest, which is very tough to find these days. The service was great and very affordable too. I will definitely recommend him to anyone for their HVAC issues or annual services.
I am so impressed with the service I received. I called after hours and they were there within 45 minutes. Called me to let me know what was wrong with my AC at my rental property. Promptly took care of it after giving me his affordable price and called me when the service was complete.
