I specifically told them not to run my credit because I already knew the score I told them this several times and several times they assured me that they wouldn’t. Well guess what!! About an hour ago I check my email and I have an email from credit karma saying I had a HARD inquiry from Allen Gwynn. They LIED and ran my credit score and because of that lowered it a few points. You guys are so unprofessional. Liars. Stay away.

Dropped off my 2015 Tahoe on Friday, May 31, for a starter issue and a Driver’s alert/trailer brake issue. So far NO fix and NO calls from Service Rep Patrick. I’ve called twice..he’s not available..will call back..doesn’t. Will pick up tomorrow morning (two full days plus Saturday in shop) and take somewhere else for repair.
I’ve known the family for years and bought many cars from their dealership and been beyond pleased. Nothing but the best from Allen Gwynn.
