Micheal Leffler very rude and unprofessional.
I was in contact with one of the dealers at the ownership about my C8 reservation, he said if I wanted to move up on the list he can do it with a markup, I said no I do not want to pay any markup, he said ok no worries. I get to the dealership 10 months later after waiting a year and 3 months, and they told me they have to do a mark up... I took my Truck in for a oil change,Check engine light and low pressure light showed up on dash,Couldn’t take it all the way back to Glendale so I took it to a local shop.Turns out there was no oil in my truck and oil change was never completed.Had the shop due the oil change which price was much more then dealer.Next day went over to Allen Gwynn and talked to service manager Michael,where I just explained to him the issue and that I needed a refund on the service I paid for … See more
