I bought my SUV here, great experience from part of the sales man Israel, before and after the sale, if I have any question he answer me the phone with not problem. Came to the dealer for the first service, took me three hours for just change the oil and rotate the tires, came back two days because the steering wheel shakes and the back tire make a sound, the service guy Art Arsatoorian wants to charge me $120 to check the noise, argue with me for everything, thinking like he is doing a favor to me, he was very disrespectful... read more
I don't know who the Owner of the dealership is but they need to be on top of their business and train their management to be honest with their customers. With a Tier 1 credit I was quoted a price over the phone but when got there it was a much higher price. I even confirmed that when I get there the price or terms I requested would not change and they assured me that that's what I'm going to walk out with. FALSE.
