Great salon – Perfect haircuts, color, and styling. Everyone is so nice. Atmosphere is very friendly.

This place is AWFUL – The stylist ran thirty minutes late, and then left me in the middle of the haircut to work on someone else's hair for more than thirty minutes. The haircut was bad and the stylist's attitude was terrible.
All I can say is WOW! – My boyfriend gave me the executive treatment for Valentine's day and it was one of the most incredible spa experiences I've had - and I've had some good ones! The staff was friendly and highly skilled. I loved my massage and facial and the manicure was a lot of fun (never had a hand mask before.) The package might seem a bit pricey, but not for nearly three hours of pampering. Check it out yourself!
Try it – I followed Allen from Beverly Hills (2 locations -- the 2nd was brief) to his Santa Monica salon. I was always pleased with the result over a period of 2 years, but the Santa Monica location was not as convenient for me. I always scheduled it around Allen's availability -- so can't say what the experience might be with other operators. But Allen was always the best.
Definitely worth every penny! – I just went to Allen Edwards for the first time and I am so glad I did! I was referred by a friend and I could kiss her because I love my hair so much. Emily is amazing with color and the scissors -- I highly reccomend both her and the salon. It is so easy to get there from LA and parking is a snap (free valet). Added bonus: A Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf right next door!
Great Group – The Allen Edwards Salon on Laurel Canyon and Ventura Blvd in Studio City is GREAT!! The staff is always friendly and fun. The people who go there are interesting and colorful. Maureen is the greatest of all. Tell her Nancy sent you!! They also have a spa and make up personnel.
