I am continually impressed by friendliness of the staff at this office; everyone always makes me feel important. Dr. Ho is incredible. When he’s with me, he seems sincerely concerned about my vision difficulties, and he always comments on some personal bit of info from my file: evidence that he actually reads the file. Dr. Ho was great ~ He took his time, explained everything to me, and answered my questions. The staff was friendly and professional. The office is very well run following all covid guidelines. I was very impressed when signing on the electronic screen that each patient used a q-tip to sign and disposed of it instead of everyone using the same pen. Excellent experience A+

Dr. Ho is an excellent doctor. I had eye surgery (vitrectomy) November 2020 at Wills Eye Hospital. He did a fabulous job clearing up my vision! I was concerned about having eye surgery during the pandemic but had nothing to fear. Every precaution for my safety was taken. Dr. Ho is empathetic, patient and listens to your concerns.
