At my yesterday’s visit with Allen C Ho, MD, he was Rude and displayed a HOSTILE and TERRIBLE attitude. In response to my question he said “ You had cataract because you are old and you have macular hole because you are old.” After he made a few more unprofessional statements such as “you are doctor shopping” I told him your rude and I don’t like your attitude. He said you can leave now, and I left.
I am so grateful to have Dr Ho as my retina specialist. I have great respect, confidence, and trust in him. It is wonderful to feel I’m receiving the best care from such a highly skilled physician. I highly recommend him as a retina specialist.

When he’s with me, he seems sincerely concerned about my vision difficulties, and he always comments on some personal bit of info from my file: evidence that he actually reads the file. Dr. Ho was great ~ He took his time, explained everything to me, and answered my questions. The staff was friendly and professional. The office is very well run following all covid guidelines. I was very impressed when signing on the electronic screen that each patient used a q-tip to sign and disposed of it instead of everyone using the same pen. Excellent experience A+
