Directly concerned and thoroughly involved and genuine.
Dr Ho and the staff at Cherry Hill Office were simply amazing. When you are told you are getting needles in the eye you want the best. I felt like I had the best in Dr Ho. He made me feel very comfortable as I was extremely nervous about this procedure. I highly recommend Dr Ho and feel lucky that he is my Doctor.
I was able to get an appointment quickly. With the results before I left the office. This was my first time as a patient, I took my Aunt for about 15 years to Dr. Ho. I have so much confidence in him without Dr. Ho she would have been blind. He gives his patients a calming and comforting feeling, without scaring them.
The Doctor and his staff are excellent. Very courteous and professional.
Dr. Ho is always professional but also personable. He always explains what the pictures show in my eyes. On this visit he found a problem with the lens that was implanted in cataract surgery. I have since been in touch with my cataract surgeon and have an appointment to get the issue resolved. Dr. Ho is always thorough during his exam and always explains things in a clear manner.
I had issues with my insurance and everyone was helpful and caring
Excellent surgeon; did a vitrectomy on me this past January. Completely healed and 20/30 sight as of 3-16/23. Caring and personable. Recommend him w/o reservation.
