Love the same day clinic appts. Superb experience with the staff and Physician and excellent follow up. Wish adults could go here, too! Please go show Overlake how healthcare is done right!
Doctors and nurses are absolutely wonderful, professional and patient but the receptionists are frequently unfriendly. It’s disappointing to engage with disrespectful front desk attendants in order to reach good practitioners.
RecommendedWe have attended the clinic for over 10 years. My sons have autism and sometimes have difficulty identifying and communicating how they feel. We see Dr Shih in Bellevue who is excellent, but every Practitioner we have dealt with has been patient and thorough.
RecommendedAppointment at 420pm-Prescription picked up and home by 500pm. Couldn’t ask for a better experience with Dr. Label.
