I checked him in the day before the appointment via the portal and nobody told me that there was a document missing. On the day of the appointment, the front desk told me that we have to reschedule if the document is not provided. RecommendedLilly went to Dr Uyeno and now her son Odin goes. I love this place. Loving, Doctors that know how to care for children.
RecommendedDr. Lu is patient, kind, listens and answers all of my questions or addresses my concerns. They check your temperature before entering the clinic and everyone wears mask. They only let one caregiver and patient in. If you ask them nicely they will let you FaceTime your significant other or a relative that couldn’t be in the clinic due to precautions. All the receptionist are really nice. Abigail, Hazel are amazing! If I want to nurse or having my LO on my lap during vaccines, they respect that! We‘re happy we found them!
