I brought someone in last Saturday , we were told they wouldn't see him bc he'd never been there before and they were trying to close early. It was an hour until closing time accordong to their sign and we were the only car in the parking lot. This person has insurance and was VISIBLY sick. Pretty disappointed.
I have NEVER written a review for anything and never thought about writing one for medical care, but I had to! My experience was worth telling the world about. I've been before with my children and I have always thought the care they received was top notch, my husband goes and he loves it. I went yesterday and I've already shared with family and friends the care I received! I can not say enough good things about this clinic. Bobbie Sue is amazing with our entire family. Even when my kiddo is sick she can still get him to smile. They are incredibly thorough and I never feel rushed. A true example of what patient centered care should be!
