I went to the New Hope clinic because of some lower abdominal pain. I called first and made an appointment for 3:45. The discomfort started getting worse so I arrived at 1:05. That’s when the nurses and practitioners take their lunch. They went above and beyond and saw me even though it was their lunch. I was having a lot of pain, & I was very thankful for their willingness to help me. The receptionist were super nice, & never made me feel like I would have to wait. Super sweet and caring staff. They got my son right in. From the time we walked in until we left everyone greeted you with a smile! Your not treated as just another sick patient that they are pushing on thru so they can get the next. Amy Robertson is AMAZING!!!!!! When your child is excited to go because Mrs. Amy is the best, that speaks volumes! She goes above and beyond to cover every symptom that you express concern in and gets to the bottom of it!
