So after waiting over a hour in the waiting room we get back to only wait another 20 minutes on the doctor. When we get to the pharmacy (45 minutes later) to get the prescription they said it hadn't been called in. I call allegro back and they put me on hold, sent the prescription over, and then had the nerve to say it was sent over a while ago.... the doctor and nurses were very nice but the wait time and not calling in the prescription was very unnecessary... Thanks to the Allegro Clinic and specifically Amy Robertson for helping with my mom this weekend. Y'all went above and beyond to accommodate her during a very stressful time. It was greatly appreciated.
Dr. Greg and nurse Terri were so helpful and caring to me this morning. I really felt like they CARED for me... I was NOT just another patient or another number. I REALLY REALLY appreciate all you did for me and I recommend THE ALLEGRO CLINIC ON BLUECUTT to everyone .. Thanx to ALL..... including the sweet and helpful staff at the front desk..
Yall I took my grandson,very nice.ppl were nice.an the NP,DR.WAS AWESOME. AN FAST.I WASN'T THERE LONG.....THAT'S WERE MY FAMILY AN I GOING FOR NOW ON LONGS AS ITS THERE.
