We are very sorry you feel this way. Before we acquired the 2 clinics, the staff at East were very tired. Some cried happy tears when we decided to close Sunday because they had been unable to go to Church in a long time. We are very sorry we did not meet your needs this weekend. We are open during lunch at most locations and if you want to call and make an appointment we will do our best to make it quick. We are learning a new computer system and are slower than usual, but every day gets better! We hope you feel better!
Went there this morning for the first time with my 3 year old having an ear infection and even in the midst of them switching over to a new system and their office full of buzz, they were all so nice and friendly!!!! And my son felt so comfortable!!! Thanks for everything!!! I’m glad we are switching to Allegro!!!!

RecommendedI took my 5 year old in hope to figure out some fainting/seizure type spells she was having. She had been dismissed by other doctors. They got us back quick and gave her a very detailed examination. Due to the results they set us up to get an MRI within the Hour and mad an appointment for use to see an eye doctor. By 2:00 we had seen 3 doctors and had multiple test run! As a mother you know when something isn’t right with your child. My 3 year old is an established patient here and I drove from steens to bluecutt bc my child has ran fever since last night. I arrived there at 12:20, if not a few minutes before and was turned away. I was told they were getting ready to close up and couldn't see my son. We were the ONLY people there. It wouldn't have taken 30 mins to see him. I won't ever be back. I used to believe this was the best clinic in town. But not any more. Pathetic is an understatement ...
