Poor customer service. Bartenders that stand there and stare at customers instead of serving them. Food is horrible and overpriced
Waitress was horrible! Had to track her down to get a glass of water!

Very helpful concierge staff, buffet breakfast overlooking boardwalk with expansive views of beach + if you are a runner, you exit the mezzanine level and you can jog on the boardwalk + conveniently located to Long Island Railroad. The oceanfornt suites are breathtaking so if you do take a suite, definitely invite friends and family to enhance the experience.

Gorgeous, sexy hotel on the beach! Fabulous food, beautiful view and pool. Drinks were fabulous!
Stayed here for the week with a beautiful ocean front suite. Really had a great time, staff were very nice and ready to help...
The best !!!!!bar staff,waitress staff excellent and the management team is fantastic!!!!!
