Filthy, noisy, unmaintained rooms with no heat. Don't let the old or fake website room pics fool you...check the horrible yelp reviews that repeatedly mention the dirty, noisy "luxury hotel" with no room service but plenty of "resort fees"

Hotel is clean and staff are helpful and friendly. Like the set up of pool on the roof top. Bar staff at the restaurant and the pool are friendly. It was my niece recommendation and was satisfied with the stay
Had a great lunch there today. My grandchildren loved it. We have been there before. It just gets better and better. We had a window table nothing like people watching as you’re eating and drinking!!
Didn’t stay at hotel but bar staff(Kris) is amazing! Food was yummy too! Listening to live music and saying bye to summer....for now.
Good is not great at all Not what they advertise on their website
