Came here for our anniversary. Checked in at 6pm. It was a bad sign, when they lost power in the lobby and couldn’t get us out room keys. The manager was very nice and I asked him does the hotel lose power often, to which he replied enough to where I know how to fix it. We got our ocean front room only to realize a short time after that there was mold in the curtains. We requested another room and they only had two non ocean front rooms available. One was about 90 degrees and the other reeked of smoke. They were only willing... read more
This is an awful example of a hotel, it's only benefit is that it's beach front.
living in Long Beach 5 years and I like going to the beach near your hotel because the people are sweet. I live on West Broadway and Laurelton Blvd. thank you. I'm reaching out to you to see if you would consider donating to our World AIDS day event raffle. to raise money. the Long Beach community gave many gift certificates to use.
