Awesome !!! Loved everything about it. Staff were more than helpful and very polite and friendly, they made me feel very comfortable. Definitely will be going back !
We stayed over this past Labor Day weekend and the hotel was far from what we expected. We didn't get the suite we originally booked.. our room was filthy and we had to have our room cleaned and linens changes the 1st day we arrived. Got into bed and realized there was sand in the bed, gross!! On out 2nd day we got back to the hotel at 8:30pm and our room still had not been cleaned, totally unacceptable when paying over 600 a nite. The food was avg and the service was horrible. Had real technical problems with our room which was very frustrating. The manager stepped up and made everything right. After service like that I'll definitely be going back as the rooms are very nice and the location is great. Only reason not 5 Star is because of the initial problem.
What a Beautiful Place to have an event. Great people - very kind.
Room was nice, spectacular views of the Boardwalk & Ocean. Rooftop pool area was great Didn't get a chance to use the amenities, they offered me a beach pass, couldn't use it Checked in at 6:00 PM had to leave at 5:30AM - ouch! I will go back
