I will be emailing the manager a letter about my and my boyfriend's experience on the roof and the disrespectful behavior of the hotel parent company's employees. We shouldn't have had a frisbee thrown at us or witness a very intoxicated woman's entire right breast exposed. There's much more but I'll send an email. The property itself is beautiful. Room was nice.
We tried to make a reservation for seven people to have brunch on Father's Day. We were told our party had to be split up into different times and different table because the restaurant was booked. We were not happy with this, but we booked it anyway because the brunch was excellent in the past several times we went to the Allegra. First off. Didn't get the suite we originally booked. was told that we had 2 pull out couches and end up only have 1 so at 2 am had to call down for a cot and waited about 40 mins for that to arraive. One girl had to use a robe as her blanket. Toilet wa running all night. No extra in the room no toiletries broken hair dryer. View was amazing! Everything about this hotel is cheap. From their small suites filled with IKEA furniture to their extremely poor customer service from their night time staff. Don't waste your time and money on this place and just stay at an air b&b.
The absolute worst experience.. guy at the front desk Robert was a complete jerk to everyone the second we walked in and invades privacy.. don't waste your money
I love this place! Right on boardwalk and u can't beat the bar burger!!!!! ❤
