Outstanding venue with amazing style and ambiance !!!!!
I've hosted a job fair and have had lunch & dinner. Staff was very attentive each time. View of ocean while eating lunch is a sight to experience. Place is a beauty!
Beautiful hotel and room. Loved the restaurant and bar. Great service from the Staff and the Restaurant Manager Steven was very very nice. We are here for only a night but will definitely be coming back when we are in the area. Can't wait for spring and summer to be able to test out the pool area and be able to enjoy the beach!
Fix the TV's and the WiFi!. Fix the Air Conditioning and Heating! Do you really think that your Restaurant is that good to justify the $60-$70.00 it takes to eat there? The food is okay, but worth about half what you charge! And the Service in your "Motel" is so bad that you should be tipping your customers! But, great location on the beach with nice views! So that must be what the $500/night is for! Fix your Hotel, and then think about charging more than Motel 6! But right now you are just a "Broken Hotel" in a decent locat... read more
I wanted to give it zero stars but that wasn't an option. The worst establishment EVER!!! I had no heat in my room (in January), no TV and they moved my room. Same problems. It was 38 degrees in my room son they gave us a space heater that did...NOTHInG! This hotel is an embarrassment to the Long Beach community. On too of everything they only refunded me $45 of the $164 I paid. Lovely right? Not go there. Save ur money and stay at holiday inn.
