Disgusting service! The Plaza Hotel prices, motel service. Their computer system lost all of our wedding block of rooms. They refused to comp us ANYTHING. Just tried to add a room, ANY room and 40 minutes later were told we need to discuss with the person we've been dealing with. You call the hotel and get transferred to 5 different people. I'm really speechless!
