The rooms are gross and not worth the money. Come for a drink and stay elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.
The only good thing about this, besides the company I was with, was the bartender! No access to the roof, no TV (for which we were given 2 different stories ), no internet, terrible food service, outrageous prices, refrigerator not working, shampoo already used.....
Warning: my family and I stayed at the Allegria Hotel in Long Beach last weekend. We were treated horribly. My friend ran up a bar tab of 20.00 and the bartenders wrote in a tip of 250.00. He noticed the next day when he called the credit card company. I asked for an extra hour checkout and they hung up on me. I called and spoke to the account manager, Mike and there was no compensation. This hotel is a rip off and the staff is rude. DON'T STAY HERE.
Been here since May, I truly love the staff! They work hard and smile harder!!! Ty guys
this place has terrible reviews for a reason, staff so unfriendly and unprofessional, many complaints that phones in room don't work, A/C not working, valet parked my car for $25 a day and got it back filthy. they told me, it's dirty b/c of the wind, the sand blows on the car WTF never staying there again
