My son and daughter in law spent a small fortune for their dream wedding. The AC was horrible. Not working well at all. All the guests were complaining. They were short staffed. Her bridal attendant was helping with service. I took her veil from her because it was in a ball. Some people did not get cake till I asked. I was watching and asking for things all night. We had no coffee spoons. When my daughter in law complained she was told she could come for brunch. Are you kidding me Tina Marie?!?!
I'm literally sitting here in my room now and it sounds like a train is barreling through it ! I called the front desk - first they said it was due to the storm and then they said they would look into it . The horrible shaking and noise continued on so I called again. Turns out the GYM is right above us - the treadmill to be specific . Ludicrous !!! Can't believe we are paying for this !
My friend and I stopped by for brunch. Food was really bad, both quality and presentation, staff is rude. Wasn't cheap either. We were really disappointed I wish I could post a picture that I took of food.
I love it for it is the only hotel on a beach & boardwalk in all of Nyc! Nice pool, great bar & restaurant! Service is great! I stay here all the time when I'm craving a mini vacation! The long beach are in general is just great too so accents the hotel too!
Probably one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Was lied to upon booking and treated poorly upon arrival. This place is obviously barely hanging in there as the staff is drastically reduced, the rooms are filthy, and the people who work there hate their jobs, and let it be known that they are treated like sh$t. How sad. Giving this place 1 star is giving this place 1 star too many.
Worst hotel experience in my life and the rudest front desk!!! Never again as we come up there several times a year and no friends or family will ever stay there again!!
