I have enjoyed living here. The staff are all very kind, helpful and accommodating! The complex is well maintained too! I would definitely recommend living here.
My little family and I love living here! The staff is amazing and always so prompt to get maintenance issues fixed quickly! The apartments and property are gorgeous. Help to maintain the beauty of this place and keep YOUR apartment clean! Maybe if some of you kept a clean, tidy place, you wouldn't have these "bugs" you speak of. I'd recommend Allandale Falls to anyone! When my husband and I buy a house, we will definitely miss living here! We love the staff and we love our home! God bless!
would NOT recommend this place to anyone been here almost 20 years live on the bottom floor been flooded so many times and nothing is done about it except sucked up the water we are not taking it anymore got to get out of here people leave the shower head pointed out in the floor and you get flooded or leave the washer running and leave I would recommend to everyone to get out of here while you can we are going to either put our stuff in storage and rent a motel room until we find something and contact the bbb and let them k... read more
Worst management been through 3 property mangers since living here there is 3 people that have worked in the office for awhile that I have much respect towards names will not be said you know who are thank you for your hospitality <3 When my lease is up this year I will be movin to the village points they are new aprtments right off exit 6 beautiful place. If your on here checking it out there needs to be a change I could have went to apartment ratings and took down my posting and redo it but that's just not good for busines... read more
