RecommendedMy wife and I have felt welcomed by the staff. If we've had issues, the staff has listened and has taken care of our needs. Jennifer and Melinda have been very pleasant and we enjoy the little community life here. We have made friends here and everyone so far has been nice.
We just recently moved into Allandale Falls and we are very happy here. Melinda and Jennifer were very helpful in helping us find a home for our family. Our apartment has a wonderful view of Bays Mtn. through the new windows that we love and we had a great time at the pool party they had for us last weekend. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issue, even small ones. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in Kingsport.

the assistant manager is very ride. they advertise they are pet friendly but supposedly you can't have certain breeds. they have their picks here. several have pits and other big dogs but apparently certain ones can't have them. they advertise they take section 8 but when you call they say they don't although there's already people who are on section 8. they need a better staff here!
office and maintenance are great. grounds are kept clean and secure. Have to add an update. Just renewed our lease for a second year. office and maintenance are great. Can't wait for warm weather to relax by the pool!

Great place to live. Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance is always a phone call away. They are always doing something for the residents. Very good family environment. Property is always nice and clean. Maintenance work hard to keep it this way. A big Thank you to the office staff and the maintenance.
I have lived here since October 2018. I have had an amazing experience. Things have gone wrong like my dishwasher timer went out and my fridge needed a new seal. Within 48 hours it was repaired. The grounds always look so good. The pool, basketball court, and tennis court is awesome. I am a property manager for a living. Its harder than one would think and they make it look easy!
