RecommendedMy name is Johnetta... I lived at Allendale for 2 years with my 4 kids. I met amazing neighbors, built lifetime friend, loved the staff and in love with the new look inside the apartments... first time I felt a leasing office almost tear up because I was moving..aww 😭😭 .. the neighborhood get togethers for the kids during the summers hosted by the office was always the highlight of my kids summer. Be able to watch my kids walk to school was a plus and honest the nights were quiet and peaceful.
brother moved a couple weeks ago and he loves it he says it's so quiet and peaceful.very Nice people 5*

Love Allendale Falls!!!! My mom n dad have lived there since 2005. Staff is very helpful n friendly. Has everything you need on premises. Love the swimming pool cause we get to enjoy family time there. No better place to live. Shelby n Bill
I’ve been living in Allandalle Falls for several years now. Wonderful amenities, enjoying pool every summer. They recently renewed windows which is amazing!
Been living in Allandale Falls from last 5 years. They’ve got great amenities, pool and the gym is my favorite! Great helpful careful staff. Definitely recommend!
I have lived here for about a month and so far everyone has been so helpful and the process to get moved in was so quick and easy, my kids and I love living here ❤️
