First came to Allendale Falls in 2005 and have lived here every since. Great staff that treats my family like their own family. Has alot of amenities n keeps grounds clean. Second time I’ve lived here great staff and maintenance crew close to everything in kingsport
Going into year 3.. I've never had any issues having things taken care of or issues addressed. The girls in the office are great.. My biggest concern moving into an apt was bugs. I've not had a single issue with any kind of bug, not even a house spider. I love the events they hold for the tenants and our pets.. I feel safe and enjoy coming home.
Wonderful place to live! Beautiful grounds , awesome staff! We moved here when the pool had already closed so I'm very excited about being able to try it out when it reopens. We are happy to call Allandale Falls home!
the staff is great, the prices are very reasonable, it's a quiet community, the up keep is up to standards, all your concerns are answered and taken care of. I REALLY like living there again. I highly recommend coming to Allendale Falls. Come and take a view, a tour and see for yourself.
I have lived here since September and everyone is so nice. The amenities are amazing. The tanning bed is my favorite part until the pool opens back up!!!! A wonderful place to live. Very clean on the outside and the workers work hard to keep it clean. Maintenance is also quick to respond On fixing any issues you have with your apartment. Everyone is very friendly
This is my first official apartment, and it has set the standards very high for any other apartments to compete with. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with anything and everything you need. they make you feel welcome and at home. with on-site laundry, grilling areas, a pool (can't wait til summer!), on-site gym , 24 hour maintenance,and many other extras included it's a top tier complex that is hard to beat!
