I have stage iv Colorectal cancer, diagnosed a year into our lease & could not work. They refused to help us in any type of way. AND we agreed to 15k miles per year & they changed the contract to 12k/year. Our entire experience with them has been quite negative. We would never recommend anyone purchase/lease from them. They have no compassion. They are deceitful & crooked.

So I'm stuck in the middle of Allan Nott. On buying a new vehicle I highly recommend them!!! On the service side I don't. They charge people OUTRAGEOUS MONEY. Found out that my RAV4 needed a new air filter. Charged me $50. Went to car quest. Air filters cost $13. Just recently had a tire pressure sensor went out. I needed new pressure sensor in the tire. They charged me $147. Went to 4k in delphos the next day and said oh we charge $60. So if you like overspending on simple parts dont go there.
Just saying we did not have the best experience trying to buy a new car.

Always a really good experience every time I go there!! Have had Ben Harshbarger the last 2 times I bought a car and my parents also had him and he is awesome!! Definitely would suggest going there. They get you in what you want and in your price range!!
