great service and just a little gentle up selling
My son was in a car accident and while thankfully nobody was hurt, my CRV was totaled. I was told that I had five days to return the rental car so had to find a new car rather quickly. I went to Alan Nott this morning. What a wonderful customer service experience! Evan Miller and Josh Gould went above and beyond to help me find a car that I liked and could take home today. They even arranged for the return of my rental car. I am so grateful for the wonderful experience and assistance!
So I waited a while to make this review to make sure that I would feel the same way about the car I purchased as the day I bought it, happy and joyful! My first car buying experience was horrible so with this being my second I was very skeptical to begin with.
