I cannot believe the way I was treated in the service department today. Terrible customer service- treated very poorly, and no service was performed on my vehicle. My vehicle continues to make noises and the service manager had the nerve to look in the overhead holder where sunglasses are stored to see if that was the noise! I have never been treated this poorly ANYWHERE!
Matt Deter was the best person too deal with and they were all nice too you when you came in

Took our accord in for service. immobilizer ring went out. not sure why if you bring 2 keys in you only give the customer 1 key in return. The car comes with 2 keys new. Anyways i still recommend because Brett made it right and i am thankful as wife gets her car back. They was very fast getting it fixed. So i have nothing negative to say on my experience with my visit
Avery Hassel was AMAZING! He listened to my concerns, my request and even listened to me complain and worked with me for 6+ hours! After all the craziness he got me in my DREAM car 😊
