We requested for service for a problem we were having with our air-conditioning system and my as soon as possible request was granted. They sent a service tech on the same day. - Service tech was extremely professional, pinpointed the problem quickly & showed us the cause of the problem and Fix it in no time. I feel really great about having a company that cares about their customers. I was so pleased fixing my air conditioning unit., Now, my air-conditioning unit is functioning well.
These service was really great, Came out the same day I called, and the service tech was wonderful. Repair the A/C unit the same day was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, explained everything, before he started and finished the fix on timely fashion. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Great Service, very good process from survey to installation, the installation was done beautifully, more importantly they cleaned up all the dust and the install looks amazingly professional. System working well! Price was very competitive. I'd highly recommend them!
This company is great! We had a new unit put in from them a few years ago. They were referred to me by a neighbor at a community get together. Best reference ever! We just had our annual service and I am very happy with the air conditioner and the people.
I needed get replace my air conditioner and I wanted to finance it. After calling around, I decided on this company. We applied for financing and were approved. We only wanted the six month plan so we could pay it off quickly. They showed us several options that would be right for our home. We picked out a Trane and scheduled our installation for the next morning. I am happy to report that they were on time and did a great job. We will continue to have our service from them too, as well as any other things that may pop up.
We just moved to town and needed our air conditioner checked and some new duct work installed. I looked online and found several companies, including All Year Cooling, which we wound up using. Everyone was really nice and luckily, the air conditioner is still in great condition. The house is nice and cool with the new ducts. I will continue to use this company.
I am so disappointed with my new Trane AC system. It runs for hours at a time just to cool my apartment a degree or two. It is loud enough to be heard over the TV or in the shower. And the sticker on the unit says to use a 16X20 air filter but that size doesn't fit. All Year Cooling sent a service tech out to look at these complaints. He said that I should buy 16X19 size air filters custom from Amazon. He added some coolant and said that should help but it still runs for hours just to lower the temperature to 78 from 80 degr... read more
Well, the time came the other day for my old air conditioner to leave me! The company that normally takes care of us was so booked, they could not come for several days. So, I hopped online and found these guys. I called and they were able to send a salesman out within a couple of hours. We made our selection, a Ruud, and they installed it that afternoon. I am thrilled! I like my house nice and cold and it is getting hot, hot! Thanks guys, see you next year for the checkup!
