All Year is a very appropriate name because when you live in Florida, you simply need your AC all year. That said ours did not pick the best time of the year to decide it wanted some loving care. Once again, as they have countless times, All Year came through for us with same day service in the name of Francisco.
HONESTY still exists! Please read entire review. May I first say that the only reason I am giving a 3 star review is because the representative, ****, that we spoke to on multiple occasions was always accommodating and gave us great customer service. He always had a technician out as soon as possible. Now, on Monday of last week we had this company over to install a new unit. Our old unit was 16 years old and wasn't keeping the house as cool. They started coming out Tuesday, I've had five different service people, the last people came out seven pm and stayed until 11:00 last night! It's 89 degrees in my house right now and they keep pushing back the time every time we talk. I can't go anywhere as I am waiting on them to come and I have a special needs child who they have little regard for his needs!! I wouldn't recommend this company to my worse enemy!
My experience with All Year Cooling was a great one! I had an new unit installed at my home and from the quote to the installation they were very professional! They showed up within the allotted time frame they promised and answered all of my questions (which were alot!) I was very comfortable with their knowledge and workmanship. They have helpful, courteous, and quality customer service and allow scheduling for same day installation. All Year Cooling is a great company. They are friendly and happy to answer any question you might have for them and answer without any double talk or confusion about what they mean- basically, straight shooters. Very professional and I highly recommend their services!
All Year Cooling & Heating was recommended to me by my friends and I can't thank them enough for it. I had some problems with my air conditioning unit and the guy servicing me was very nice, intelligent polite, and patient with all my questions. Price of their service was also extremely reasonable, ask about their financing options as they are pretty flexible about it. Overall terrific experience, highly recommend them.
