Thanks to the special financing that they offer from All Year Cooling, we were able to finance our new AC unit. We were well into the heat of the summer when our old AC unit broke down. Installation was the next day. Thank you.

I have gone onto the All Year Cooling website to use their customer resources information several times. I have found it to be of great value for simple home repairs or common problems that may save you the cost of calling a repairman.

I'm in South Florida and AC is life down here. I needed an AC unit as mine was 8 years old and having issues from time to time. I spoke to a sales rep and told him I wanted my house to blow cold, so he recommended I go an extra 1/2 ton above what's recommended for my sq footage. I bought it, they installed it. I had to call them out a month and a half later, the sales guy was no longer with the company.. (Not Cooling) the tech said it was low on Freon so he added Freon and left. a week later not cooling again. this tech said... read more

I can hear that my outdoor AC unit was making different sounds than it normally does. I had our neighborhood AC guys' look at it, charge me like $200, and it completely broke down the next morning. I called the experts at All Year Cooling and they fixed it properly and for much cheaper.

All Year Cooling will have my business most definitely all the years because they are just great people that will take good care of you. They installed my new AC unit and they have fixed the previous one over the years so I will never use anyone else.

If you live in Florida like I do, then you know how quickly a broken HVAC System will turn into a crisis in the middle of Summer. I used to use an AC guys who did repairs on the side but he was not there for me when I needed him the most. This is why I started using All Year Cooling.

A costly lesson learned! When my AC guy supposedly fixed my AC and it broke down a few days later. And conveniently he went out of town. I desperately called the people at All Year Cooling. A man named Curt came out and worked his magic. Now that incompetent AC guy is one customer short and growing because I am telling everyone about All Year Cooling.

Like most people I am not at my best when something malfunctions and needs repair especially when that something is an AC unit responsible for cooling down a large office crowded with employees. Looking back over the day's events I have to commend the gentleman (and I mean gentleman!) who took care of our issue. He turned a crabby crab (me) into a happy clam.

When I write a review, even if it is a positive one, I always try to include anything I think another customer might view as a negative. I searched my brain for anything of that nature after our install but I could not find a single bad thing to say about All Year. Just an all-around stellar experience from start to finish.
