I was doing some yardwork and couldn't wait to get back inside my cool house but that's when I saw my outdoor AC Unit making strange sounds and I smelled smoke. Well where there is smoke there is fire so I stopped what I was doing and called All Year Cooling. They came right away!
What I really like about having All Year Cooling as my AC Guys over the one AC Guy that some of my neighbors use since he does work on the side is that the people Tommy hires are able to quickly diagnose and fix the issue that same day.
These folks are the ones who initially installed my AC System and since then, I had to call them out two times for some maintenance issues. I was very satisfied with the diagnosis and work their technician named Rhodes and his young assistant named Samantha did for us.
OUTSTANDING!!! Great company, great service and incredible service provided to me by the tech Gabriel. I actually signed a maintenance plan with All Year Cooling because of the technician. He was well spoken, polite, professional, experienced, explained everything to me. I am most happy with the excellent service I received from the entire staff. The customer service department was extremely helpful and delightful to work with. The technicians were professional and were very respectful of my home . They took off their shoes so they would not dirty the floors and rugs. Their work was extremely neat . I had a complicated job so they were at my residence multiple days and always greeted me with a smile.
All Year Cooling is a decent company! I give it my two thumbs up. Mr. Charles is a very professional and highly qualified HVAC technician. He helped us repair my AC and got it back to function on the hottest day of the year. He did a wonderful job!
The first time I called All Year Cooling, they were able to diagnose and fix poorly performing central AC unit that required a refrigerant refill. I was very impressed with the highly reasonable charge. A year later, a tech came to diagnose and fix leakage at the condensation unit up in the attic.
Very responsive, Ms Trisha followed up immediately upon my request. I understand why they are most referred/preferred
My dad is one of those people that are very hard to please. When my system died and he recommended All Year Cooling I was pretty surprised that he had nothing but good things to say. I had the same result that he did and I highly recommend.
