I love this facility, the providers are awesome BUT however the front desk girl is RUDE! ALWAYS has a nasty attitude for no reason

My only complaint is they don’t call to confirm appts. They also don’t call with benefit information although they tell you they will. PA Donna is good. At first she seemed a little rude, but eased up after. The medical assistant didn’t seem to know what she was doing but she excused herself stating this was not her main position and was helping due to being short staffed. I do recommend and would be returning.
