In April 2017, I had a bad experience with a loan officer. I'm a veteran and a was using VA benefits to have my loan funded, Then I met Diane Corvin. Diane called me at about 7pm and spoke to me about my loan and talked about how she could assist. Well, Diane and her team were relentless in keeping me informed throughout the the mortgage process. I have had the privilege to work with Karyn Johnson Mahorney on several occasions through refinances and 1st mortgages. If you are a first time home buyer you could not ask for a better person to assist you through this treacherous, exciting and ultimately satisfying process. Karyn's constant positive attitude, motherly affection and knowledge make this a once in a lifetime experience.
While buying a home is exciting, it also involves a lot of paperwork and communication. Having someone like Darren to help us along the way made this process so much easier. Our loan officer A'Ryan Johnson was great. Always on top of everything. Kept uus informed all through the process, and when anything came up informed us right away so we could take care of it. Felt very comfortable dealing with him and someone we could trust. Even when a problem came up and the loan terms changed at the last minute, he was able to get it worked out and closed and recorded on the same day 2 days later. He's a great guy.
