Our Realtor referred us to All Western Mortgage. Spoke with Tim, nice guy but all my red flags went up while speaking with him. Do not have a mortgage application with them but their rates are very high for people even with excellent credit. When you question why,, they give explanations that are completely false and misleading. For loans over the conforming loan limits their jumbo rates are a good 1% or more higher than your local banks and credit unions. I don't believe we could have found a better mortgage broker. They went out of their way to ensure the loan was approved prior to closing. I will refer anyone I know who is looking to buy a home to All Western.
I started out with another loan company and the back and forth went on for a couple of weeks. Jeff sent me a link on a Monday and it took me an hour to get my application done through the online portal which was easy to use and very intuitive. No emailing documents, just easy uploading with a friendly graphic user interface.
