The was the best Re-Fi experience I have ever experienced. Marian Jung, and Terri Guridi were so attentive to every detail and responsive to my requirements. Everything was completed in record time without any issues. Their communication was exemplary. They would respond even on weekend! Richard was amazing, took control of the transaction from the first interaction and never dropped the ball. Closed exactly the day promised without a single hiccup. No question I will do business with him again and again. I almost never give 5 star rating but in this case it was well deserved.
