We very much appreciated Alan Mallman's continued fortitude to deliver our recent loan refinance within the existing limitations successfully. Richard was amazing, took control of the transaction from the first interaction and never dropped the ball. Closed exactly the day promised without a single hiccup. No question I will do business with him again and again. I almost never give 5 star rating but in this case it was well deserved.
I was turned down by several banks and lenders before I spoke with Robert from All Western Mortgage. He looked at my financial information and informed me that I should be able to get a loan. True to his word three months later my family and I moved into a new house.
I worked with Scott Pisan and he worked hard to answer all my questions in a timely manner and stayed focused on getting my loan to close at the earliest possible moment.
Mark Fisher at All Western was fantastic in helping us buy our new home. He made the process less stressful and his knowledge and patience with all of my questions was superb.
