I stopped by to pay my bill and asked Dr Bischoff a question. He took me back to one of the treatment areas and answered all my questions and helped me plan my next step for treatment. The office has went out of their way for our family for about the last 30 years. I referred my neighbors and they were impressed with the service.
I appreciate the kindness shown to me regarding my sensitivity when my teeth are being cleaned. I requested a numbing gel, and Dr Jesse was more than happy to provide it.
Another outstanding experience went for regular cleaning and checkout, and all was good. I had a slight problem with flossing one tooth and Dr. Bischoff took care of the situation with ease with no extra charge. It is actually fun to go to the dentist at this office.
This was my first visit, and it was a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The employees were nice and made me feel comfortable and at home. Holly was my hygienist and she was super nice and personable. Dr. Jessie was great as well, and Dr. Bischoff even came and welcomed me. Overall, it was a very great experience and will continue coming here for my dental work!
I just recently started going to Dr. Bischoff's office, after having had terrible experiences with other dentists (franchise-type offices like Gentle Dental) that constantly tried to upsell me and tell me there was a problem every time I had my teeth cleaned. I always look forward to having my teeth cleaned--except this time I needed to have two pins removed after their serving me well for 50 years. Fortunately Dr. Bischoff works with Dr. Pace (office located right across parking lot) and the two of them together performed some real art. Today I'm as popular as the guy on TV who's just had his whole mouth reconstructed in one day? The difference? My narrative is real.
