Although this was only my second visit, I am quite please with the genuine TCL care that I am experiencing. The Staff, as well as the Doctor, all seem to be quite knowledgeable regarding their craft. You get the feeling of pride, coupled with honesty in suggesting the best of a variety of options specifically for the individual's needs. I received professional and friendly service when getting my teeth cleaned. Michaela was very conscientious while performing the cleaning. She maintained good communication with me, telling me what she was doing and checking in with me regularly about how I was doing. The office staff always treats me like they are happy to see a good friend. Billing is prompt and accurate.
I have been going to a dentist that I'm "uncomfortable" with--every time I simply want to have my teeth cleaned, I am told that I have several problems, and I feel like the office is always trying to "up sell" me. I was recently told that I needed a redo on an old root canal and also I needed a new crown. When I went in for the procedures, I was told that the tooth was cracked, that I would have to have it pulled, and then I would have to have an implant. I was charged $400. Such a pleasant, relaxing environment to get dental work done in.
I was in pain, got in to see Dr. B within 2 hrs. Problem solved, pain gone, pocketbook practically intact, husband thrilled and I was "over the moon!" Can't say enough good things about the entire experience! Myself, my husband and my sister-in-law all agree, if dental work is needed, this is the only place to go for efficient, gentle, thoughtful, practical and pretty reasonably priced care!
I am very happy with my visit today. Dr Bischoff put a cap on a tooth that I wasn't sure if we could or would it be needing to be pulled. I didn't need to do anything but wait for him to make it after first checking to see if we were good to go. When I say make it, literally, he made it right there in his office. Now how many dentists can do that? No not many. The office staff was very pleasant also which adds only good to the experience. thank you so much Brenda Dixon
