I was ripped off by this company 15 years ago. Ut was a nightmare, the worst I have ever dealt with. The managers name was Steve at the time. The new "owner" (not sure he really owns it) offered to rebuild a transmission for free to make up for it. He did not do this out of the kindness of his heart. he was soliciting my business when I sold cars. None the less, I tried to take this man up on his offer. good for me it was a very bad deal from the beginning very kind for one to leave the car and get the money to the insurance and then he left the car a conlaise mockery for my no dominion of the English plus in addition it charges me more time the one that requires the car for work and no longer the car leaves me the week because it broke the bushing of the lever of the change and tells me that the work is not only in the transmission but even took it to another site recognized of transmissions and it shows me how the cable o... read more
I went to all transmission world about two months ago when my Altima wouldn't shift from park to drive. Once I got there Charles was very helpful in telling me what the problem could be. A couple days later Charles took my car out and tried to duplicate the problem and the car worked fine. He was very honest and did not charge me for looking at my car. He was a nice guy and if I should ever need anything done with my Altima I will definitely go to all transmission world.
This is a awesome place to get your car fixed and they work with you I'm so glad I found them in the phonebook cuz they really did a favor for me they fix my transmission. And my baby drives good as new so if you ever need any work done this is the place to take it to. And their customer service is awesome.
Very professional and amazing customer service. Tanner made sure my care was taken care of and towed my car yo the their shop free of charge. Definetely recommend anyone that's experiencing trans or car issues to try their services. These are honest people.
