I called Susan on a Friday night and explained that my AC went out on my truck and I couldn’t have parts until Tuesday and I was leaving town Wednesday. What started out as one of the worst experiences turned out to be one of the best! we live in Pocatello but broke down in Idaho falls underneath the freeway underpass. The tow truck driver who is affiliated with all things automotive was so kind and helpful picked us up and took us to all things automotive. The guys there got me an estimate the next day and a diagnosis and had the part overnighted and put it in and called me by 11 told me my car was ready. I was so impressed with All Things Automotive and Diesel! They were so professional and were able to fix in a few hours what another shop had not been able to fix in mutiple trips- and for such a good price! I also really appreciated their timeliness and their communication. First time using them and we will definitely use them again when we are in need of auto work!

In April 2016, J.R. and the staff at All Things Automotive & Diesel Service inspected the front end of my 2001 Chevy Silverado 2500 and replaced tie rods, ball joints, front hub assembly, etc. They made it good as new. On September 2017, I took my truck to Sears for an oil change ($14.99 coupon special). Their mechanic does a performance snapshot and writes on the form “Replace left and right front tie rods.” I say to myself, "Those parts were replaced less than 8,000 miles ago.
