i have american home shield insurance, and it was assigned to them, i have no choice! they came first time to check AC, and fix. But after 2 weeks, it went down again, i called them many times, they don't pick up the phone
very dishonest, Fraud and Scammers.. Don't hire them. Even though I had a leak in my AC and I had told him to check the leak first, He put more Freon in my AC saying that it was law and billed me $300. I ended up my AC broken again in 3 days. He did not pick up my call even thought I kept calling him for 2 weeks.
Evil, dishonest, irresponsible, incompetent, unresponsive -- and those are the good points.
