My partner and I decided to get the air ducts cleaned in our newly purchased home. The air duct cleaner who serviced us was named mike and he did a fantastic job. The fact that he took the time to take before and after pictures of every duct, vents and even plenum box says a lot. We both really liked his work.
Very professional crew. I was particularly impressed with their responsiveness both over the phone and in person. A detailed explanation is what they gave me of what was required for the cleaning. It was very professional and the cleaning was thorough. I will recommend this co to fam and friends because of their first rate service.
They did a really good job cleaning out my dryer duct. Because I couldn't get on top of the roof and didn't have the inclination to figure out how to, I chose a pro to do it for me. These guys were pros. I watched the video they shot of the job and all the dust and Crud that was getting sucked out amazed me. If I can find a way to post the video I will!
The technician was very professional. He showed up at my home on time and proceeded to give me a long description of what precisely needed to be done to clean out our dryer duct. Then he went up on top of the roof to get started. I tried my best to watch him from afar but it was a challenge because he was so high up, but at least he video recorded the work and took pictures of the finished results. So far I haven't had any complaints. Used this company twice and I've been pretty happy with the service. They were very professional.
Never had I done air duct cleaning before so I did a bit of homework to figure out who to use for the job. Of the few companies I spoke to, All States Air Duct Pro seemed to be the most engaging and friendly over the telephone. I booked an appointment to have them do an inspection of my ducts because I knew I had mold and they came on time within the window they said they would. I received a very good service. Mike and his assistant were able to spot where the foul smell was coming from in my ventilation system. A dead rodent was in there and they were able to take it out and deodorize the system. Seriously thankful for your service!
Great customer service. I cancelled on them last minute because I forgot about our appointment and had made other plans too. No problem. They were understanding and gave me no lip service for wasting their time. Instead, we set up an appointment for a different date; they came; they cleaned; i payed; and it was over =)
As I was enjoying the clean air in my home I couldn't help but feel a bit of responsibility to share my experience with others. This company was terrific. Their servicemen helped me clean out the air ducts and now I no longer suffer from horrible sneezing due to stuffiness
