Thanks for being diligent thru the entire process! My overall experience was a great one!!! I came in anticipating getting a used car, but ended up getting a brand new car! Thanks to Mr Percy for working so diligently with me by showing me my options. Although I had to wait for the car to come in, Mr Percy called periodically with the status to let me know what was going on. I walked out with a 2022 Corolla with a monthly note lower than my previous vehicle!!!

My sale rep. Keith was very prifessional. Upon arrival, my Sales Representative, Keith was very welcoming and his demeanor was very cordial. The service rendered was what I envisioned. Although, I arrived before my scheduled appointment time, Keith was able to get the service I needed quickly without interfering or overlapping with others (scheduled) customers. Outstanding service. My service advisor was Keith. He contacted me with the status of the initial inspection and had already researched my warranties for any possible coverage. Work Until You Get It Right I was pleased with my visit and the work that was done on my car. The technician worked on my car until he was able to find the oil leak no matter how long it took.
