Hate to do this been here a couple times and same shit different story “we forgot” so you forgot about a customer who’s dropped over 1k in two visits ? I purposely go out of my way to support small businesses always! All I asked was for a call back to let me know what’s going on so I could make arrangements. Worse experience ever got here today at 7:20am for flat tire check they told me service guys start at 8am agreed to wait.To make short story been here since then even after they told me only need a new tire agreed for them to replace.changing a tire and employees keep coming to the wait area to get coffee � twenty millions time and I’m still waiting.and everyone who dropped their car left them .please if you value your time and money don’t bring your car here for service.3.5hrs later. ��.

Want to clarify the whole story. The customer arrived at 07:20 in the morning to have his tire repaired. He was adviced that our tech's do not start work until 08:00. Upon our tech's arrival, his car was brought in right away. The customers tire wasn't fixable and had to be replaced. Unfortuniatly that certain tire was not in my inventory, so that meant we had drive to the airport where my warehouse is located. I've been a customer for 18 years now. They are exceptional and treat me like family when I come in. Their service, both mechanically and customer related has kept me loyal.
Honest prices, located downtown, and they'll shuttle you to work. I'll be a repeat customer, plus the shop dog, Goliath, is a love.
Great service a a great price. Would recommend to anyone looking for an honest place to keep your vehicle safe and sound.
