They forget about your car
Very rude owner, and pointlessly so. Would not do business.
I thought I was in good hands because they are AAA approved. Couldn't have been MORE wrong!!! These people would RIP OFF the pope!!! $1439.54 for a brake job, (n no, not 4. 1!!!), new tire and rim. Why couldn't you find one at a junk yard? Because I was 600 miles from home and was at your mercy!!! THIEVES!!!
I bought brand new tires from All-Star and less than 5 months later my car is sliding around like it's on pure ice when it is 50 degrees outside. I took the car in and they didn't take it for a test drive, all they did was check the tread and tried to tell me it was fine. I have almost been in 5 wrecks in the past three weeks going less than 20 mph and the temperature hasn't been below freezing once. I now have to buy another set from a different place. A complete waste of money and time.
The absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I took my car in at 7:45am after I had called the previous evening to ensure there would be time to change the oil while I was at work (I usually change it myself but my birthday is next week so I was treating myself). The people are very nice but it has been the worst experience ever ! Don’t go there , they will keep your car all day and sometimes 2 or 3 days when they promise you it will be done in 4 hours !!! They Always fine something else wrong other than what you brought it in for . I have paid them 6,000 dollars !!! Brought it in for a O2 sensor ended up cracking the manifold ! This may be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with auto repair. Normally, I don't do online reviews, but I feel this experience warranted one so other consumers are aware. I recommend staying away from this repair shop. Not only was I extremely disappointed with the service and the staff incorrectly diagnosing the problem, but I was almost in shock from the response I was given when I called in to share my experience with the service manager.
