Matt was very informative and took the time to explain to my wife and I how his treatment would work. We previously spent thousands with other companies to rid our home of Bedbugs. All Star was not the cheapest, but they got rid of the bedbugs quickly Thanks Matt!

Rick is a complete, money-grubbing, jerk. In the past 6 months, before my account termination, I had a different rep to visit my house every month. With a high turn-over rate, the company tyhey work for CANNOT be worth a snot. I am very sorry that you feel that way. You failed to mention that Rick the "money-grubbing, jerk" waived your billing and late fees so all you had to pay was your scheduled payment. If collecting money owed to you under contract is "money-grubbing" then you must have a problem with every company you do business with.
