Excellent Car Consultant - Jarvis Willialms Jarvis Williams gets a two-thumb up from me. The fact that he sat down and had a real live one-on-one discussion about what I want gave me great comfort. I even told him that I was looking, and seeing what my options were, then I would like to talk it over with my brother. Best car buying experience !!!!! Josh Downs was such a good sales person and very professional. He said what he could and couldn't do. As a buyer that's all you can ask for. He even keep my young son occupied . The whole AllStar staff was great.

Faulty service from Service Dept. I came in to the Service Dept to get a oil Change and check the check engine light. After having a 8:00 am appointment on a Saturday I left the the dealership at 11:30am. Upon receiving the information about the light being on the service tech made arrangements for me to bring the car in next week. I called the Service tech and made a appointment for the following Monday and said I needed a rental for the day to go to work, because it was gong to take about 4 hrs to replace the part. Painless experience This is my fourth Nissan I have purchased from All Star Nissan and I have sent three other family members to Ms. Tammy Perkins and she was able to make a sale for all of them. She is always working to make the process as painless as possible.

New car Extremely pleased with the professional and caring staff at Allstar Nissan! From Brock, the salesman, to George, the manager, and Chancy and Danielle, the finance people,we were made to feel like we were their only customers! Went way beyond what we expected from car dealers! Very pleased with the service we got! Will recommend their car dealership to our family and friends!

Great Teamwork!! I applaud Danielle, Jarvis, and Chauncey for great customer service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Excellent Service. I would definitely recommend All Star Nissan to everyone. Jarvis Williams was very helpful and friendly to me and my kids. He made sure I was satisfied and that all of my needs were met. The customer service from everyone was awesome. I came into the dealership with doubt that I would even be able to get a car because my credit is horrible. Well I left with a brand new car and I will definitely do business with you all again.
